Pedro owner of Central Elite provided exceptional service on our heating system. He went above and beyond to try to fix our unit. After determining the cause and having to order the part, finding that the part was going to take 3 weeks or longer, he made every effort to try to temporarily keep it working.He, also made sure we understood the problem explaining everything in detail.I will definitely use his company in the future, and will recommend Central Elite to my family, and Friends.

They came to look at our HVAC unit, they’re knowledgeable and took the time to troubleshoot the unit and explain in detail what could be the possibilities affecting the unit. Their maintenance fee is affordable and most importantly they service the Dunlap Area which not all cooling and heating companies service. We definitely recommend Central Elite!

11/3/23:My home warranty company ended up not covering us for our HVAC system and gave us payout. We ended up needing to purchase a new HVAC system. I contacted 5 local companies to get bids and Central Elite was the best value for our money. I urge everyone to get a bid a from Central Elite for any of your HVAC or Water Heater needs. I won’t hesitate to use them in future for my AC or Water Heater needs.9/15/22:I had a lot of water leaking from my light fixture and ceiling. They were able to be onsite the same day. They did a temporary fix, provided me assessment of the work that needed to be done and a price. Central saved me a great deal of money along with getting me up and running in the summer. I was so impressed with them that I signed up for there yearly maintenance contract.

Hands down the best HVAC in the Fresno area! We wanted to add vents into our newborn’s nursery and Pedro did this in a professional and timely manner. Pedro actually added an additional vent so the nursery would be nice and quiet for the baby. Pedro made this decision on his own without even talking to us about it and we greatly appreciated this. We also have cats in the house and Pedro made it a point to keep the front door closed whenever he went in and outside. This is the second time we have used their service and both times, this company received 5 stars from us. Thanks again Pedro. All of the staff I interacted with from Central Elite were very friendly and professional. I was able to make an appointment fast and easily. My appointment was confirmed via text and I was also notified when the tech was en route, which was wonderful. Pedro was very professional and explained everything he did very concisely. He serviced my unit and took before and after pictures and complied a report which he emailed to me. He gave me his recommendations on what next steps I needed to take and I never felt like he was trying to “sell me” something I didn’t need. He definitely is a master in his trade and I won’t go to anyone else for my HVAC needs. Central Elite Cooling and Heating is the real deal!!
